Something is NOT right!

This is how Sadie normally acts:

For the past day & a half, all she has done is lay on her side, moaning & yelping if you touch her. 

Luckily, we have a friend/vet who so kindly met us at his office today.  She's running a fever & is extremely tense. No real obvious localized pain. Stiff neck, possibly? Fever due to an infection?  Tense due to the fever?  Antibiotic & pain killers.

Sunday Update...she is now not wanting to turn or bend her neck at all.  We're feeding her water through a syringe because it hurts her to drink out of her dish.  So, we're meeting Ted early tomorrow morning for a steroid shot.  He's suspecting a cervical disc problem.  On a positive note, she did want to go outside to lay in the sun.

Yesterday, Tessa said, "Mommy, why isn't Sadie jumping on me?  I miss her!"
