Delectable

They're actually RED, not pink.  Sweet & juicy, not "packing peanut-ish"  The harvest is bountiful this year!  Last night, we had our first strawberry shortcake night.  The girls were confused about why/how we were going to eat Strawberry Shortcake:

Once we got that little misunderstanding figured out, everyone pitched in & helped.  Scrumptious!

Tried a new shortcake recipe...the jury's still out.  What's your favorite?
Mix together:
1c. sour cream
2 eggs
1t. cream of tarter
1t. baking soda
1c. sugar
2c. flour

Bake in greased 8x8 pan, 350, approximately 30 min.
