"Hat On" Day
Today is the 2nd annual "Hat On" Day at Smithville Elementary School to raise money for & awareness of children battling cancer. The students were to bring in change & in exchange, they'd get to wear a hat. Last year, they raised over $150. We'll see how they did this year.
