I feel HORRIBLE!

Yesterday, we went swimming...right in the middle of the day...for 2 1/2 hours. Although each child was sprayed down vigorously with sun block, my fair-skinned beauties just couldn't handle the intense sun. I feel just terrible about it, and so for penance, I too got fairly crispy.
