The "First" Day of Spring

As I write, it is now the end of an absolutely beautiful day! I'm sitting listening to the spring peepers, enjoying the gentle breeze blowing in the screen door. It was one of those days in which the sky seems to go on forever. Not a cloud in the sky. Fabulous!

However all good things must come to an end, I suppose. By the end of the day, the kids were in tears because they had to come inside & (in Dave's words)"Ugh! I always do way too much on the "first" day of spring! And of course, being the fair skinned beauties that we are, we all have sunburns. Oh well, totally worth it...garden planted, back porch furniture set up, and Colin made a GOOOOOAAAAALLLLLLL at his soccer game today.
