was the title of the workshop that Emily's class attended today on their field trip to the OARDC in Wooster. Among the other great sessions was one called CAFE INSECTA...you guessed it...they ate bugs! YUM-O! :)
Me: Emily, did you try any bugs today?
Emily: Yep, chocolate covered grasshoppers & grubs.
Me: (fairly grossed out) How were they?
Emily: Crunchy.
Me: Honey, you are a kiddo with a lot of guts to try something like that!
Emily: Yep, and I now I even have more guts in me! :)
