On Wednesday of last week, my friend, Amy, watched the girls for a couple of hours in the morning. When I returned, Cait, Tessa & Amy's 3 year old, Eli, came running out of their playroom all wearing different styles of swimwear & swim gear.
Fast forward a half hour...We sat visiting for a while until Amy's Kindergartner, Maddie, needed to get on the bus. The 3-3 year olds said they wanted to watch her. So they all stood at the door...
...then we heard the door open. Thinking that that could not be a good thing, we ran to see what was happening. Here are all three of them running around the front yard in nothing but swim suits & boots. Now, granted, it was a balmy 60 some degrees, but still, it's February!
It was then that the bus driver pulled up to the house...laughing her head off at that sight. And if the truth be told, Amy & I had a very hard time controlling our laughter while we told them all to get in the house, trying to be very stern.
So ornery! So naughty! Yet, so funny!
